Leadership

The Managing Partner provides strategic legal leadership and oversees final legal judgment, client acceptance, and critical advisory matters, ensuring consistency, quality, and professional accountability across the firm’s practice.

He is a law graduate from the Faculty of Law at Mansoura University (Class of 2010) and holds a Master’s degree in Law (2014). He began his legal career in private practice, gaining extensive experience across multiple areas of law, which provided him with a comprehensive and well-rounded legal foundation.

In 2015, he joined Mansoura University as a lawyer, later serving as a legal member of the Legal and Technical Office of the University President, where he contributed to legal advisory work and institutional decision-making. In 2020, he stepped down to further expand his independent legal practice.

Among his areas of practice is representing film and music production companies, as well as internationally recognized artists across the Middle East and beyond, providing legal advice on complex commercial agreements and matters related to the entertainment and creative industries.

He has built a strong professional reputation in negotiating and structuring agreements within the film and music sectors, as well as handling complex international legal matters for clients in the entertainment field.

Driven by a deep commitment to the creative industries, he has played an important role in supporting and developing the legal framework of the film and music sectors in the region, and actively contributes to legal education through lectures on intellectual property and copyright law.
