Leadership
Khaled Elaraby founded the firm with a clear institutional vision: to build a structured legal practice that combines rigorous legal discipline with genuine sector expertise — particularly across entertainment, intellectual property, and commercial law.
He holds a law degree from Mansoura University (2010) and a Master’s degree in Law (2014). Early in his career, he developed a broad legal foundation across private practice before taking up a legal advisory role within the Legal and Technical Office of the University Presidency at Mansoura University — where he contributed to institutional decision-making and legal advisory work at an organizational level.
Khaled is particularly recognized for his work advising film and music production companies and internationally active artists across the Middle East. He has structured complex commercial agreements in the entertainment sector, managed legal matters at the intersection of creative and commercial rights, and built a track record in negotiation and transactional work within the film and music industries.
He has contributed to the development of legal knowledge in the creative sectors through lectures on intellectual property and copyright law — reflecting a commitment to raising professional standards in an area where legal clarity has a direct impact on cultural and commercial value.
As Managing Partner, Khaled oversees final legal judgment, client acceptance, and the strategic direction of the firm’s practice. His involvement in key matters is direct and personal — ensuring that the firm’s advisory standards are upheld at every level.
